They are kind, personal, professional, reliable, and take care excellent care of the instruments, the home, and of themselves, so I wasn’t worried about them injuring themselves. Sam, who handled the paperwork and seemed to be in charge even watched a video of my gifted cousin who has played the piano since 1946, but has now been moved to an Alzheimer’s memory care unit. Franco dusted and polished the piano the whole time, showing a genuine love and instructing me as to how I might improve the damaged finish.
