  The people on the phone are super nice and communicate easily to set up the moves, check-in a few days in advance, and then right before arriving. The actual moves are so fast. They’ve clearly been moving all kinds of pianos for a long time and have this down to a science.
  Highly recommend, especially if you’re nervous about having your piano moved or stored.
